MAINTENANCE (SUB CONTRACTORS)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning and coordinating all types of Preventive and Corrective Maintenances.
• Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Schedules for and submission charts.
• Management of maintenance teams for each area associated with bank maintenance.
• In charge for all vendors and sub contractors including security systems, fire fighting systems, elevators, maintenance and others.
•Finance Controlling of project by ensuring and complying proper maintenance methods.
•Controlling, Monitoring and coordinating the activities of Sub contractors.
•Scheduling of resources and manpower as per site requirement
One among the responsible for Maintenance, Renovation and Electrical up gradation activities for of
King Abdul Aziz Sea Port Maintenance Project Dammam.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning and coordinating all types of Preventive and Corrective Maintenances.
• Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Schedules for and submission charts.
• Locating of Medium cable faults and maintenance of cable faults
• Negotiating with customers for new electrical connections
• Renovation of Electrical works of existing Buildings
• Maintenance of Electrical substations and its controlling
• Installation and Maintenance of Street lighting and street lighting panels
• Installation and Maintenance of Low Voltage and Medium Panels and Breakers
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly schedules and reports
• Procuring materials efficiently among the available quantity in market
• Can handle and withstand any kinds of work pressures.
• Also had to monitor construction works carrying under project division includes supervision and examination of all electrical, civil and mechanical related functions before handover procedure.
• Scheduling of resources and manpower required for the timely completion of projects
• Ensuring that quality and safety standards are met with contract specifications for new constructions and to check for any punch points and give necessary instructions to clear it according to plan.
• Laying of H.V Grade XLPE cables and terminations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overall responsibilities in Installation and Commissioning of DG sets and Control Panels
• Planning and coordinating all types of Preventive and Corrective Maintenances.
• Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Schedules for DG’s and Control Panels
• Ensuring proper compliance of Preventive Maintenance activities
• Controlling, Monitoring and coordinating the activities of O&M dealers
• Ensuring 100% support to customer as per SLA
• Attending complaints calls from customer and providing on call solutions if possible
• Negotiating with sub-contractors & Customers
• Preparation of progress charts
• Arranging proper spares for technicians and coordinators
• Maintaining quality and safety in work
• Overall responsibilities in Installation and Commissioning of DG sets and Control Panels.
TECHNICAL-MAINTENANCE
