As a Mechanical Chargehand, i work with KOC Production Operations team to perform maintenance support activities for SRP Wellhead system. It includes Removal and Re-instatement of Wellhead hookups, Instrumentation consoles, Supports for Rig Workover Activities. Other jobs include MOC Jobs advised by KOC I&C team, Piping Hot tapping, Tie-In Piping, New Flowline fabrication welding and protective coating, assisting workover rig team and artificial lift team. All activities are carried out adhering to KOC safety standards and Quality standards. Preventive maintenance of Wellhead hookups, valves and measuring fittings as per schedule. Pipework isolation and miscellaneous mechanical activities for various Gathering Centers in Noth Kuwait facility.

As a Project Engineer at Apex, I was handling Manufacturing, Maintenance, Repair & Recertification of Well control equipments and tools for Land drilling rigs in Kuwait as per API & ASME standards. Fabrication, Welding, Testing & Protective coating of Mechanical & Structural items for rigs and refinery like Mud tanks, Silos, Storage Tanks, Poor boy Degasser, Diesel Storage Tanks, Lube oil tank, High pressure piping, Standpipe & ground manifold, Chicksan Loops, Bell Nipple, Conductor pipe, Hammer union adapter connections, Pup spools, Portable container cabins etc. Carrying out Fabrication demo job for ASME Certification every three years as per ASME Standards. Support fabrication & coating works for NRP-KIPIC- TSHJV project.
Piping Engineer for TCS IT Sez projects at Technopark Thiruvananthapuram. Installation of Firefighting, Utilite, STP & Sanitary Piping.
As a Project Engineer i was in charge of Installation of Modular Workstations for TCS IT SEZ project at Technopark Thiruvananthapuram. Handled a crew of 75 workers in execution of project on time.
Graduate Engineer Trainee in Fabrication Department of Kerala Automobiles Ltd, a Government Ltd Company. In fabrication Department, Three Wheeler Automobile Chassis and auto parts were manufactured using Welding, Bending, Shear Press, pipe Bending machine. Welding process involved was SMAW & MIG.
Installation of system locks for various products manufactured in Godrej Manufacturing plant. On site service & repair of supplied products also.
I was the Lead Co-ordinator for the Tech Fest "Prayaan" Organized during 2011-2012. I was the University Union Candidate for the course tenure.
