• Developing Thermoset composite parts from lab testing to design and production support,
Involved in materials and process qualifications and first part qualification (FPQ).
• Carrying out APQP: PFMEA, PFD, Control Plan & RCA, analysis starting from material
selection to the final inspection for reputed six sigma customer's composite parts
• Understanding of SAP routings, ECR, EQN, KAIZEN, FEEDS and shop floor executions
• Comprehensive understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, Composite fabrication processes,
layup, compaction, Change impact board actions and analysis, international specifications and
special process training development.
• Highly in coherence with lean manufacturing, six sigma, PDCA, 5S, and other manufacturing
essential tools like Catia v5, AutoCAD, Aqua Pro
