 Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
 Procurement & Sales.
 Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
 Preparation of Quotation, Purchase orders & Statement of accounts
 Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
 Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
 Prepare cost analyses.
 Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
 Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
 Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
 Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
 Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
 Projects such as gathering information by phone, letter, email or in person  Check the status on pending collection logs and follow up with sales associate/customer to be able to close invoices on time.  Management of Material Resources - Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.  Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
