PRODUCT: PVC CLING FILMS Manufacturing.
MACHINERYUTILIZED:
•CAST EXTRUDER - MACRO ENGINEERING (CANADA)
•MIXING MACHINE - PLASOMEC-(ITALY)
•EDGE CUTTING MACHINE - HB MACHINERY (CHINA).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Be responsible for overall management of shop floor.
•Deliver production output targets for the assigned shift or period.
• Manage team of staff and organize their workload.
• Makeup shift routine, allocate work and monitor teams performance
•To make sure they were meeting production stargets.
•Ensure that shift personnel follow production schedules with
Emphasison quality and uptime
•Primary in-charge of the implementation of personnel, safety and
Housekeeping policies of the plant.
•Coordinate with store for the supply of required raw material and
Transfer of finished products.
•Coordinate with maintenance personnel for corrective and preventive
Schemes to ensure optimum availability of machines and support
equipment.
•Prepare daily production report sand record process parameter
Maintain favourable social climate and positive relationship between
workers.
•Implementation of different programs such as cost and waste
Reductions, ISO, EHS etc

• Coordinate with store for the supply of required raw material and Transfer of finished products.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel for corrective and preventive Schemes to ensure optimum availability of machines and support equipment.
• Implementation of different programs such as cost and waste Reductions, ISO, EHS etc.,
• Preparation of daily production & machine net utilization reports.
• Monitoring & optimization of standard cycle time of different running products.
• Involve in mould changing & mould setting on the machine.
• Attending process trouble shooting & quality issues of running products.
• Reporting to mould problem & machine problems to respective department.
• Focus on housekeeping & proper placement of semi-finished products.
• Tracking the completion of non-conformity & eradication of non-conformance process by implementing the use of CAPA (Corrective action & Preventive action) to avoid non conformances
• Prioritizing the scrap percentage reduction in accordance with the production
• Preparation of operators & supervisors monthly shift schedule.
• Ensure line clearance and fill the report. First piece approval and fill the report.
• In process inspection report check and sign. Mold monitoring sheet check and sign.
• Daily rejection data sheet to be updated.
• Planning for mold and machine maintenance to avoid break down
To manage a team which works on CSD cap manufacturing under my guidance
and I am responsible for other actions performed during general shift until I am
spending reports to my manager
