• Responsible for performing Installation, CM & PPM for medical equipments supplied by the company
• Responsible for performing installation, Technical safety inspection & corrective maintenance for all range of Livanova Sorin Perfusion Equipments (HLM, Heater cooler, Cell saver…etc)
• Responsible for performing installation, Preventive maintenance & Corrective maintenance for all range of MMM Group Infection control equipments (CSSD steam sterilizer, Instrument washer, Ultrasonic washer…etc)
• Responsible for performing installation, Preventive maintenance & Corrective maintenance for ERBE Medical surgical systems
• Responsible for performing installation, Preventive maintenance & Corrective maintenance for all range of diagnostic products from Huntliegh Healthcare (CTG Machines, Doppler’s, Vital sign monitors..etc)
• Responsible for performing installation, Preventive maintenance & Corrective maintenance for all range of products from BTL Medical (Physiotherapy products, Spirometer, ECG, STM, Holter…etc)
• Responsible for performing installation, Preventive maintenance & Corrective maintenance for all range of products from Linet Medical (Universal Beds, ICU Beds, Pediatric Beds, Air Mattress…etc
• Doing site inspection before installation to check all the pre-installation requirements are met
• Installing medical equipments as per the manufacturer specification & customer requirements
• Testing & commissioning of medical equipments according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Performing PPM check-ups according to manufacturer checklists
• Performing all functional checkups & patient safety checking’s with all necessary test equipments recommended by the manufacturer.
• Providing clinical & Technical training to the end-user & Biomedical staffs in the hospital
• Attending Breakdown maintenance calls & completing the cm calls on minimum time
• Ordering spare parts according to the requirements & replacing the parts.
Preparing & managing the complete documentation of all medical equipments in the hospital which includes quotations, technical documents & comparisons, site inspection report, purchase order, delivery notes, warranties, contracts, installation reports, checklists, electrical safety & calibration documents, ppm schedules, service reports, etc. as per HAAD requirements
Management and maintanance of biomedical equipments
Advise hospital administrators on the planning, acquisition and use of medical equipment.
Analyse new medical procedures in order to forecast likely outcomes.
Responsible for the purchase, testing of equipment
Setting up, installation, calibration, maintenance of medical equipment
Adjust, maintain, and/or repair bio medical equipment.
Inventory managing of medical equipment's
Imparting training to technicians and nurses.
Maintain warranties and service contracts where applicable
Daily /Routine checks for all equipment
Keep a track of all Annual Maintenance Contracts, Spare parts, breakdowns and its repair
Communicate with service engineer to resolve the problem in Instruments
Keep all maintenance record updated as per health authority of Abu dhabi requirements for audits and to generate monthly report on maintenance
Responsibility for quality assurance of patient connected equipment in hospitals.
Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Managing & maintaining entire medical equipments in the hospital
Manage AMC & CMC of medical equipments in the hospital
Train the end users on user instructions, application & proper handling of medical equipments
Troubleshooting of medical equipments
Performing preventive & corrective maintenance for medical equipments
Maintenance of medical equipments on component level.
Purchase of spare parts for medical equipments
