- Responsible to achieve the annual budget of Business Turnover in Autombile - After Sales
- Identifying new source for new products based on the requirements by market and Management
including the projects other than automobile
- Review and Propose for new industrial improvements to reduce the waste in production process
- Awareness, professional training to employees on best practices towards world class level
- Improvement Project’s expert to Garage services, Stock Management, Supply Chain, Optimise the
stock, 5 S work practice, Effective manpower utilization, Productivity Improvement etc.,
- Key window person for the OEM on existing business and new business to fulfil OEM’s requirements.
- Driving the team on automobile service stations - Design, Identify the needs, Negotiation with
subcontractors, price comparision on the equipments, Followup on project status, Regular reporting to
management
- Responsible for Marketing on After sales, Campaign program & ustomer satisfaction process
- Responsible for Quality Improvements, Delivery and Safety
- Preparing and Participating on weekly and Monthly Management review on business results.
