a) Outpatient department:
* Review physician referrals and patient medical records to formulate an accurate
diagnosis and best course of treatment.
* Routinely perform diagnostic and prognostic exams to evaluate muscles, nerves,
joints and functional abilities.
* Customize conventional physiotherapy techniques to meet specific needs of
individual patient.
b) Inpatient department:
* Assist post surgical patients with physical movements to help restore function
and lessens pain and disability before discharge to home.
* Record prognosis, treatment, response and progress in patients chart.
c) ICU:
* Early mobilization of the critically ill patient receiving mechanical ventilation.
* Asses level of alertness, ability to follow commands, Active ROM/ Motor Control
or Strength, Sensation, Proprioception, Coordination, Vital Signs, medical stability
for mobilization.
* Implementing chest clearance techniques to patients in ventilator support.
