Responsible for processing outbound shipments, Planning and Execution. Coordinator to Transporter, Order processing, shipping and receiving, documentation, Tracking and reporting, compliance, problem solving and cost management. Once we received Delivery Order through email in our sales team. We need to check the ETA, Material availability and Shipping line. If the ETA is near or one week, we try to deliver the shipment as soon as possible and then send short notice to our sales team. Then we will share the CRO to Transporter to get the Container. When the Container arrived at our plant, instect to our dispatcher to receive documents from truck driver and then issue the docket number to truck driver. Once finished goods shipment from our end we need to send Packing List & Shipping Instruction (SAP) to respected Shipping line. Continues tracking of each shipment to sail on desired vessels. Once vessels sailed, we need to update details in our side and maintaining document such as Bayan, Bill of Lading. During month end we need to Post the sailed shipments in our side through SAP. Maintaining inventory of shipping supplies.
Finished product quantity assurance in Samsung mobile, MI TV, JIO mobile, 10.r Amazon mobile, Hike vision CCTV projects are handled.
working as Junior Engineer in incoming quality control/Assurance in electronic raw materials.
working as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Surface Mount Technology across all works such as Quality inspection, manual pick and place Electronic parts in PCB, assembly, testing etc.
