Accountabilities:
 Assist project manager in Tendering.

 Assist project manager in preparing BOQ for Design and Build jobs

 Prepare BOQ and send enquiry.

 Prepare boq and get quotation for subcon works.

 Certify the subcaon works for payment

 Prepare ducting layout for Design and build
 Cooling load calculation for Design and build

As a Project Management my works as follows .
Reporting to Project Manager site activities. Prepare Work Program, Material Monitoring Schedule.

Submission of catalogues to consultant as per BOQ specification. Submission of shop drawing to
consultant for approval. Material ordering as per the BOQ and construction drawing,
Issue Purchase order to supplier. Submission of progress claim monthly, preparing the final account.
Submission of maintenance manual and as built drawing.
As a Project Engineer My duties and responsibility
ACMV Works
Supervising the Installation of Water cooled Chiller, Air-cooled chiller
Primary and secondary chilled water pump,
AHU and Ducting system installation as per SCMNA standard,
VRF Air-conditioning, Precision Air-conditioning, Split Units
Stair case pressurization system, smoke spill system,
Building Management system. Ducting installation for exhaust fan and air-conditioning works
VAV boxes and CAV boxes and Diffuser and Grilles and Dehumidifier
Electrical Works
Supervising the Installation of switch gear and up to 1500 kva transformer,

Supervising the Installation of Main intake substation.
Installation of PA system, CCTV system, Card access system. Intruder Alarm system, Perimeter Detection system, Fire alarm system, Networking system, fibre optic, Telecom system, Audio video system.

Installation of LV cable, HV cable, Street lighting, Diesel genset, UPS, Lighting protection system,
Fire System works
Supervising the Domestic water system, Fire hose reel system, Dry riser, Wet riser and Fire sprinkler system, FM 200, Fire hydrant.
Fina standard Swimming pool, Diving pool, water pumping station, irrigation sprinkler system
Installation of Wet riser piping, sprinkler piping, water piping, irrigation system piping, dry riser piping and FM 200 Piping
Mechanical works
Installation of Overhead Crane, Jib Crane, Fork Lift

Coordination with main contractor for M&E services and liaise with Resident Engineer and Consultant

Attend progress meeting, technical meeting, coordinate with Architect, Main contractor and M&E consultant
Coordinate with subcontractor, to complete the work on schedule time.

Arrange inspection with authorities like fire department, Electrical services and water services
