Planning of work allocation and work execution.
•In depth knowledge of data sheets, instrument drawings, I/O wiring diagrams, P&IDs, Hook-up drawings, Loop drawings, calculation and specifications.
•Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain instruments and instrumentation systems.
•Extensive knowledge of instrument communication systems and approaches of measurement technologies.
•Possess excellent organizational, management, command over verbal and written and communication skills.

•Practical & Theoretical working experience in maintenance & troubleshooting of all instruments such as Displacer Level transmitters, Radar & Ultrasonic level transmitters, Mass flow meters, Vortex flow transmitters, Magnetic flow transmitters, flow transmitters, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Control Valves, Ph & conductivity transmitters, Analyzer, etc...
•Well experienced in Impulse tubing erection, Hydro testing, Loop checking and various commissioning & maintenance activities.
•Thorough knowledge of Material specifications, Cable specifications, Junction Box schedule preparation, Termination details preparation, Location Finalizing of instruments.
•Practical & Theoretical working experience in calibration of instruments like Flow transmitters, Pressure transmitters, Level transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Control Valves, pH & Conductivity transmitters, MOV, etc...
•Well experience in Plant maintenance in Enhanced oil recovery plant system (EORP) & Start-up Production Package (SUPP), Oil, Gas and Well Pads.
•Erection and pre-commissioning for all type of Instrument panels.
•Experience in Loop checks as well as Field Instruments Calibration.
•Good knowledge about the servicing of control valves.
•Co-ordinates with all discipline.
•Co-ordinates with material, transportation and manpower optimum utilization.
•Co-ordination with client regarding work execution.
•Studying and analyzing the Engineering drawings and explain to subordinates.
•Approving and releasing materials for the sub-contractors.
•Managing fruitfully an Installation with its Physical and Human Resources.
•Handle responsibilities of managing and auditing performance of contractors
•Provide engineering support for procurement activities for instrumentation and control systems.
•Preparing the MTO of project equipment’s and other consumable items.
•Raise RFI for all Construction, Testing and Commissioning Activities.
•Coordinate with Client for Demolition Activities.
•Pre-site survey to study the system and finalize the layout drawings.
•Check Calibration of Field Instruments and submit Report to client.
•Preparing Method Statements for construction, testing and commissioning phase of the project.
•Planning the manpower, materials, tools, shutdown activities for the successful execution and completion of the project.
•Coordinating with Procurement, Quality and HSE departments.
•Executing the job as per the approved construction drawings and QC Procedures.
•Maintaining the good workmanship for quality of the job.
•Coordinating with client for inspection activities.
•Look ahead plan for the next one-month construction activities.
•Coordinating with the Vendor representative for mobilization and demobilization.
•Supervise Panels Installation Activities Inside Control Room.
•Assistance to Vendors for Testing and commissioning of the Control Room, Local Control Panels, Passive cooled shelter for Well Heads, Well Head Hydraulic Panel (WHHP), Fire and Gas System, BFAS, Telecom and PAGA system.
•Preparing the test reports, as-built drawings and project dossier.
•Do pre-commissioning activities such as Cable continuity and insulation test, Loop checking, Pressure test, Function Test, Alarm and trip verification.
•Plant maintenance for all Instrumentation activities and oil production line, Gas production well and water injection lines.
•Plant maintenance in oil production and water injection Wells.
•Developed ability to work under pressure.
•Maintained excellent customer relations and support.
•Diplomatically resolved customers complains on as-needed basis.
•Ability to follows the instructions from superiors and communicating ideas clearly and effectively to others.
•Maintain all records keeping as procedure.
•Using computer for handling ERP, Internet application and Microsoft office tools
