Key Result Areas: As a Sr. HSE Engineer, I was responsible for the complete range of health and safety duties during construction stage, including the following
responsibilities
• Review and approve HSEW procedures, HSEW plans and other related documents
• Provide functional support to PARSONS HSEW Officer and RE in HSEW matters
• Develop and maintain PARSONS Project EHS plan, other supporting plans and EHS procedures.
• Support and guide PARONS ESHARP Management System Implementation.
• Ensure EHS Plans are consistent with OSHAD and DMT HSEW requirements.
• Initiate incident investigations and the preparation of required reports
• EHS Liaison with DMT and/or regulatory authorities.

• Carry out the Site EHS audits and inspections.
• Monitor, audit, and review the implementation of the project PTW system;
• Provide verbal and written reports to the PARONS and DMT on all aspects of HSEW throughout the project lifetime.

• Review & approval of contractor HSE Plan and other project deliverables

• Construction of 142 km Gravity Drainage Network (160-1, 600 mm) Construction of 400, 000 m3 Storm Water Retention Pond.
• Construction of Pumping Station (SP 1) of Depth 12m and Capacity of 625 l/s
As HSE Engineer - Construction of Sewerage, Drainage System & Internal Roads in Al Khawaneej -2:
• Review and approve Risk Assessment reports of Primary Contractor.
• Review EHS procedures & EHS plans are consistent with client requirements
• Provide a functional support EHS Officer and RE's in EHS matters.
• Assist all the Project HSE Officers and RE's in development of Project EHS plan

Project: Rehabilitation & Replacement of Existing Sewer Line in Abu Dhabi Island
Scope:
• Upgradation& replacement of existingAC, VC, uPVC, and GRP sewer linesand associated structures using open cut and Non Destructive Method (NDM) excavation techniques of 9km and depth ranges from 2m to 12m including road diversion.
• Constructionof new sewer lines at various locationsof 3 km and depth rangesfrom 1.5m to 10m, which includes NDRC of 1.5km
• Rehabilitationof existing VC, uPVC, and GRP sewersusing the CIPP Lining Trenchless Method.
• Pre-Rehabilitation CCTV Inspection Survey & Profiling of pipe cross-section and measurement of deflections of existing VC, uPVC, and
GRP sewers including flow control and cleaning for 35km.
• Salinity & flow monitoring for the various sectors in AbuDhabi Island.
• FOC removal and reinstallation for 3kmin varioussectors in AbuDhabi island
As Project HSE Manager:
• Played a majorrole in performingclientand OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 Certification audits
• Engagedin preparing emergency response plans, HIRA, IA, and work method statements
