Assist to pre sales in tender stage
Complete study of project scope of works and contract terms and condition after project award
Preparation of project plan, quality plan, all related method of statements, Risk assessments and shop drawing & material submittal for client approval
In-charge for verification of quotation for Sub-contractors / Agencies for the project after consultation with the presales and procurement department
Responsible for getting the approvals for material, sub-contractor, and other equipment’s required for the project from client/consultant
Responsible for project Management, planning and execution
Organizing the weekly progress meeting with client and subcontractor to monitor the project progress
Responsible for submission of detailed weekly/monthly report with related documents for client review
Responsible for managing the technical team
