• Led a team of 15 Planning Engineers and managed multiple EPC projects with overall resource strength of 2500 Manpower and individual project strength up to 800. Handled 400 Equipment’s including HD Crane, Earth moving equipment’s, Trailers and managed the deployment in projects.

• Successfully executed Power Plants, Refinery Plants, Substations, Transmission Line, Pipeline, Piping, OHL, Shutdown and Maintenance Contracts from Mobilization to Completion Phase.
• Experienced in working with reputed engineering consultants/PMC like KBR, Mott Mac Donald, Worley Parsons, Jacobs, Tebodin, TR Engg,
• Knowledge of various client requirement/ standards and worked with various clients like PDO, British Petroleum, Duqm Refinery, G S Engg, Oman Electricity Transmission & Distribution Companies, Oman LNG & Oman Oil
• Ensured compliance to project control and planning processes for maintaining consistency and quality across areas of engineering, construction, commissioning and maintenance
• Coordinated with project managers, project team & Subcontractors in planning and integrating projects in compliance to project quality parameters and implemented progress reports on costs and schedule
• Set up and maintained standard, consistent and robust cost management frameworks and procedures to projects. Ensured provisioning of contracting, logistics, Engineering and procurement services for the contract
• Guided team of sourcing, inventory analysts, material controllers and coordinators professionals in rendering qualitative contracting, logistics and procurement processes
• Conducted Monthly project performance meeting for all the projects and keep client and management informed of the project progress, budget, costs, Milestones, requirements, achievements, Constraints, Forecast and Project Completion.
• Generated and presented Planning/Project control procedures and monthly reports consisting of progress summary against various WBS, Progress Measurement sheet, S Curve, Resources report, Value of work done and invoiced Register, Material Procurement Tracking Register, Omanization and ICV statistics, Status of As-Built’s, Look Ahead Plan and Issues / Constraints, Look ahead Plans and Project Closeout Reports
Project Planning & Management
•Defined and updated individual project schedules to align with integrated overall master program schedule for maintaining project SLA parameters.
•Prepared and complied with project budgets and maintained project profitability
•Evaluated float paths and schedule status to align with load cost and resources in the project schedules and preparing schedule reports and schedule variance

Contracts Administration:
•Managed administrative aspects related to planning, scheduling and estimating project activity times, preparing and aligning schedules based on construction team plans, resource load schedules
•Collaborated with various support teams to manage work order and change requests. Prepared Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), schedules and budget data (including resource loading) for various WBS elements
•Optimized and recorded project expenditure by verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors. Participated in project meetings and discussions with the project management team and clients
•Managed and executed assigned projects in accordance with the requirements of the contract among the company, client, and company’s operating policies and principles.

•Construction of 220/33 kV Substations & Transmission Lines for AP TRANSCO.
•Construction of 132 kV/33 kV Substation, Switchyard & Transmission Lines for UPPTCL.
•Construction of 110 kV Switchyard & Transmission Line for Karaikal Port.
•Electrified 65, 000 LV House hold connections and commissioned 900 C km’s of HT Lines/DTR’s for MGVCL.
•Construction of 3.6 MVAR Capacitor Bank systems at various 66/11 kV Substations for GETCO
Site/Construction Management
•Managed the site and focused on planning, scheduling, progress, AFC drawings, materials, work certification, invoicing and subcontract progress & resources.
•Site Construction/Hand over/Operation & Maintenance services with no amenabilities and confirming customer satisfaction.
