• Involve in design of the cleaning pigs like MBCT & profile.
• Involve in design of inline inspection pigs like MFL, UT, IMU and TFI
• Prepare configuration for short and long run for different size of pipelines
• Prepare configurations as per different pipelines schedules.
• Prepare drawings for complete tool.
• Pipe fabrication and erection of LPG plant at Sanjoro Gas Processing Facility, OGDCL, Sindh.
• Pipe Fabrication and laying of Dia. 6” Sch. 40 API5L X52 3LP coated 25 KM flow line from Dachrapur to Daru Gas Processing facility(OGDCL) and construction of Well Head Facilities at Dachrapur Well Sindh.
• Fabrication and Erection of 16” flue line at Kunnar Gas Processing Facility, OGDCL
• Repair of Crude storage tanks at Kunnar Plant, OGDCL.
• Involve in design, Fabrication and Erection of Pressed Glass Furnace, Distributor, Fore-hearths, Batch Plant, Chimney, Steel Truss and Furnace Oil tank Steel Structure.
• Involve in capacity calculations, Material estimation and B.O.Q formation for the project.
• Involve in layout of plant basic utilities i.e. Water, Compressed air, Natural Gas and Furnace Oil.
• Involve in Glass Furnace refractory construction.
• Involve in Furnace Cooling Air Duct Fabrication and Erection.
