✓ For URA project, Client desirous of adding more floors to the project, it took time for structural engi-
neers to check the soil conditions, bearing capacity and load calculations and get back to us and finally they confirmed it is unsafe to add extra floors and the project has to be handed over as per original schedule, it was announced on the national Radio and in media URA project to be inaugurated by his Excellency The president of Uganda. we hardly had 45 days, I settled on site for 45 good days working 20 hours a day with my teams with high Ingenuity to achieve it, Finally on the same day we handed over. We received a bonus for it.

✓ Challenging project to construct a 5 star hotel in the Game park, I was involved from inception to completion, firstly we had an aerial survey to choose the site near Murchison falls
✓ I moved on to site located it on the ground with the protection rangers armed
✓ I trained 200 young lads in different trades to be used in our project
✓ I decided to lodge 400 workers on site with temporary shelter due to time restrictions in the Park 9 to 5
and it turned out to be the best decision in achieving that project
✓ I trained local men around to grow a type of grass, chemically treat it, combing it ready to be thatched
on the main roof of the lodge, finally achieved it with good planning. It was income for them and ma-
terials for us to complete the project as per EIA and UWA guide lines.
✓ Being a safari park sourced lot of local materials for finishes got it approved by architect.
