- making timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly)
- prepare product budget for each new season (SS and AW seasons)
- get the initial allocation for the new season done
- take control of store capacity
- allocate products based on stores' selling performance
- make replenishment and transfer products among stores (more than 40 stores)
- make a strategic master plan
