Working in Dubai Airports as "Computer Network Engineer" since January 2016 till date.
My duties and responsibilities includes:-
• XOVIS people counting sensors installation and configurations.
• Monitoring the interfaces connectivity at ESB and application server level ensuring the constant updates
from different sources.
• Check all the pre-requisites and Perform installation of CSA and Quintiq on workstations as requested by
stakeholders.
• SOPHOS antivirus configurations as per the FIDS requirements.
• Handlings Calls on service now.
• Hardware, software maintenance & troubleshooting for 2500 FIDS displays of different manufacturers
like Samsung, LG, NEC, and CONRAC.
• Ensuring the requirements are met as per standards and meeting the DA guidelines. Also, ensuring that the
deployment (Airline logo, FIDS screensavers, FIDS layout) is done in the right areas with verification
after survey
• Monitor XOVIS sensors and perform health checks using XS Admin tool.
• Co-ordinate with marketing & Operations and deploy messages /events happening in Dubai Airports.
• Setting up users, profiles, access rights, assigning for Amadeus, Quintiq, GDV, XOVIS, DA Website, DA
Mobile App, Community App, IVR and coordinating with OKTA team.
• Provide 24/7 Support by investigation of flight logs as reported by stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot Network connectivity (LAN) issues, Operating Systems (OS) installation, re-installation,
upgrades and patches for FIDS.
• Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of the ELO wayfinding touch screens.
• Co-ordinately working with the NCR team related to troubleshooting, Updation and upgradation of way
finding software whenever required.
• Attending training on new systems for understanding, installing and maintaining upcoming systems on
Dubai Airport.
• Remote access of the FIDS, Wayfinding screens, Video wall for resolving any issues using tools like
Dame Ware and Team viewer.
• Using Imaging software’s like Acronis, Ghost for taking any type of backup and reimaging FIDS.
• 5x5, 3x3, 2x2 Video wall with Matrox controllers Configurations and maintenance.
• Calibration of Video wall periodically using spider tool
• Maintaining an updated list of issues related to FIDS that are faced across the airport terminals and
submitting the monthly incident report to the Airport officials on demand.
• Getting PTW sanctions from the Airport BHS team to work in restricted areas (belt, check in counters
Gate Areas, Lounges etc.).
• Continuous monitoring of the FIDS status in the UFIS monitoring tool and perform remote and onsite
troubleshooting as required.
• Doing daily survey in the FIDS location and assuring everything is working fine with the latest updates.
• Maintaining an updated asset detail list.

My duties and responsibilities during this time were:-
• KRONOS attendance management system maintenance.
• Handling and configuring various types of Access controls.
• Monitoring Hardware, Networking, Sharing and Security settings of user devices.
• Requirements Analysis of Hardware & Hardware Maintenance.
• Participating in Kaizen for development in Company and utilizing resources in more efficient way.
• To take Backup process of various database on backup server as well as External Hard Drives.
• Handling NVR based CCTV setup of various types of cameras like bullet cam, PTZ, Infrared/Night Vision cam etc. of the company.
• Configuring various types of the printers as per the user requirement.
• Installation of Software package on different O.S & Managing user Group and Account.
• Installing Windows98, Win2000prof, Win-XP (1, 2, 3) and Server2003, Win7, Win-Vista, Win8.
• Assembling, De-Assembling, Services, Troubleshooting and Perform hardware related installation.
• Supporting clients remotely with the help of Remote support tools such as Remote Desktop Connection, TeamViewer.
• Setting up & planning LAN as per project requirement. Configuration of Router, Switches etc.
• Handling Periodic Updates of Antivirus and Software using SCCM.
• Intranet Website creation using technologies like HTML, bootstrap, deploying and updating content of it on daily basis.
• Installing Configuring MS Outlook & MS Outlook Express and taking periodic backup of the users pst files.
