• Assessment, design, planning and execution of small and medium level infrastructure projects ( such as Flood protection walls, Irrigation Channel, Drinking water supply hand pumps, tube wells, dug wells), sanitation and other community projects).

• Work with government and local authorities, leaders, individuals and groups to identify and implement selected community development projects.
• Identify appropriate mechanisms or vehicles to adapt structures and to tender bids from contractors or local labor.
• Negotiate contracts or agreements with contractors, and assist in administration of grants.
• Supervise projects in coordination with local government technical personnel and in collaboration with program site engineers and provide regular reporting regarding the status of projects.
• Monitoring all phases of the construction process and taking the initiative to note and point to contractors and their representative and staff, including labors, construction mistakes, flaws, omissions and other problems to the contractors and their staff and workers and ensure that mistakes are corrected immediately .
• Assist in the tracking of financial expenditure of all program funds in area of responsibility.
• Maintain records in accordance with program standards.

.Jointly worked with several key staff personnel at site in supervising and double checking all civil works structural steel erection activities and strictly imposed the daily required manpower schedule in accordance/compliance with the quality control specifications and safety standards procedures for all the projects implememented, from the very start of layout and excavation, backfilling and compaction, formworks, reinforcing steel bars and concrete works, grouting and structural steel erection. Keep on preparing request for inspection thru the project engineer whenever something not clear or else discrepancy in the approved drawing prior to submit to the client or main contractor for clarification and action. Submit internal inspection request to the designated QC inspector, coordinate with them during inspection as well as initiate drastic action whatever comments or else rectifications. Kept constant coordination with the surveyor, checked and follow their layout as per drawing as well as collect any survey report for RFI attachment. Keep on preparing weekly reports for a forecast volume of concrete to be poured in succeeding weekly with coordination of the project engineer.
Supervision and quality control/ inspection for Oryx Gtl (Gas to liquid Project)Civil works, building and elevated concrete structures-foundations for
equipments and steel structures, compressors shelters, pipe racks ( Precast columns and beams) rigid bays, building substation. cooling tower, administration building and main control building, dike and tank foundations, earthworks, underground utilities, erection of concrete precast structures for main pipe racks, concrete roads and paving, cable trenches, drainage structures and retaining wall.
