Work with the Branch Manager and Business Managers to achieve sales and performance KPI of the Team, branch and brand.
Lead a Sales Team to achieve unit, gross margin, and finance and add-on targets while creating a culture that supports high levels of associate and customer engagement.
Ensure customers are given the world’s warmest welcome and are made to feel special. Be transparent at all times and make the buying experience easy and personal.
Complying to company SOP’s regarding stock management, especially ageing and minimum tagging without the required deposit
Managing vacation, work shifts and absences of all Sales Executives
Ability to performance manage sales and support staff
Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels
Training Execution as directed by Branch Manager in line with TNA action plans
Measure the DAILY efficiencies of the sales teams and report findings to the Branch sales manager
Maintain and develop relationship with new and existing customers to ensure continued customer loyalty to the Toyota brand.
Maintain full awareness of all Daily showroom activity by liaising with the relevant business manager and their teams. Measure sales efficiencies and KPI verses target and sales executives pay plans.
Participate in regular discussions, daily morning meetings and weekly review with sales executives or Branch Manager to discuss sales performance and market intelligence.
Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to performance manage sales and support staff
Proven sales record of consistently achieving sales targets, which included vehicle sales, sale of finance & insurance and other add-ons like GAP and various accessories.
Meticulous knowledge of all leading Finance and Insurance products in the UAE.
To retain maximum vehicle profit retention and sell vehicle add on accessories
To maximize individual & team contribution of Customer Service Values in line with company expectation
Ensure all customer data is captured accurately and fully uploaded on to Fastrack
Build on and retain relationship with existing & conquest customers long term
Understand and fully implement Toyota Sales Process
Understand and achieve KPI's
Customer Satisfaction: Deliver excellent customer service, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales
Company Sales and Prospecting Systems: Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems. Achieve or exceed the target on number of prospects logged which ensures achievement of Company's business objectives and a larger customer/prospect base
Product presentation/demonstration to clients explaining them the product well and converting prospects into customers.
Verification of Cash and Cheque Deposits:
Verify all cash & cheque transactions from the previous day and reconcile with system report.
Authorize release of vehicle Customs Certificate (VCC) and Sale Letter
Authorizing final release of Vehicle for customer deliver
Review all sale document packs per sale as follows:
•Cleared funds prior to vehicle release
•Sight of registration card and copy is attached to file,
•Customer name matches, bank name, mortgage number, insurance details are correct on the registration card
•All cash sales registered in 3rd party, the necessary undertaking letter must be present (company sales on headed paper)
Monitoring debt collection process:
Liaising with Sales Executive for debt collection process
Process of refunds:
Strict adherence of AFM company policy regarding customer refunds, maintain log for tracking purposes
Monitor & maintain AFM administration document process is adhered at all times
Ensuring compliance with Accounting and Control related procedures and policies
