Responsibilities:
Currently working as Sr. Land Surveyor and carrying out the following activities;
Assist in the preparation of 3D Laser Scan & Dimensional Control Survey project proposals.
Prepare/review survey procedure/detail methodology for 3D Laser Scan and Dimensional Control Survey for various types of jobs and environment (fixed platform and moveable platform.
Participating on planning, scheduling, conducting & coordinating the technical and management aspect of projects.
Leading a survey team and liaison with all parties involved on project participating in client/contractor meetings and resolving engineering and management project issue.
3d scanned data extraction and registration in LFM, Recap pro and basic modeling in Autodesk Revit.
3d traverse of the area prior to 3d scanning and computing the results in starnet network adjustment program.
Responsible for the successful completion of 3D Laser Scan & Dimensional Control projects.
Prepare/review dimensional control survey report, site activity close out report and other technical report.
Coordination and checking of deliverables.
Built-up survey control network, settlement monitoring, QC survey data and reports, issue survey reports,
Topographical survey of terrain and plotting line works in Civil 3d.
Preparing X-Section, L-Section and proposed profiles out of topographical survey.
Pipe Line survey of drainage and storm water systems.
Layout & As built of high rise building constrictions & preparing as built reports in Auto Cad & Excel.
Organizing & scheduling 16 survey teams as per work requirements by different clients and troubleshooting problems on various sites.
Managing company assets & keeping record of instruments calibration cycles..

Responsibilities:
Worked in Abu Dhabi Airport project (MTB) with main facade contractor as Chief Surveyor & handled 14 survey teams equipped with latest surveying instruments.
Supervising and assigning daily tasks to surveyors in coordination with site managers.
Archiving day to day survey data & legal reports.
Preparation of method statement of surveying activities for different site structures and situations and getting them approve from HSE and technical departments.
Planning & resourcing sub contractors as per site requirements.
Maintaining a log of survey instruments calibration.
Assisting design department by preparing 3D monitoring charts of structures settlement for analysis and design calculations.
Preparing 3d as built of structures in Auto cad and excel.
As built of 49 gate houses steel structures with angular measurement system.

Installation of short crete strain meter, hydraulic pressure cell, 3m anchor bolt, pressure plates & different monitoring stations to check the settlement of tunnel.
Layout at the newly excavated tunnel face for next drilling & excavation process.
Almost 22km long traverse double loop run from one to the other end of tunnel face.
