Job Responsibilitie
Conceptualizing new themed dessert bufet, and Sunday brunch. Ensuring standard recipes are followed and plating guide available for the staf on all the outlets. Training stafs on new menus, presentations, preparations, costing. Identify the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
