• Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plan for cold storage equipment.
• To maintain individual equipment repair and maintenance record on monthly basis.
• To manage production of cold chain equipment e.g. Plate Freezers, Scooping cabinets, Deep freezers, Ice cream trikes and cooling pads from local vendors.
• To technically evaluate international parts supplier for import of vital parts in order to maintain minimum running essential spare.
• Liaison with third party for repair and maintenance of Ice Cream equipment e.g. Plate freezers, Scooping cabinets, Ice cream deep freezers, cold storage and Ice cream trikes in market.
