− Managing the subcontractor's variation orders

− Certifying subcontractor's progress statement and monthly payment certificates

− Modify drawings as per site requirement
− Supervise mechanical work
− Prepare Quotations for MEP work
− Monitoring progress.
− Follow up and reporting the progress of construction to MEP Manager.
− Review and evaluate with MEP Manager the progress of subcontractors.
− Prepare monthly progress report.
