-Assist Branch Manager in the management and coordination of the branch's operation including attaining sales goals in deposits, loans, and profitability while also ensuring that our members' financial needs are met, Through managing, coaching and inspiring staff
-Supervised the operation of the branch. Supervision includes but is not limited to orientation of new employees to the branch, planning/prioritizing the work, training employees, coordinating work of flow, review and evaluate work, act on employee problem and recommend employment actions, assists in cash management activities, and manages office in absence of Branch Manager.
-Developed appropriate sales and service culture within the branch; being responsible for achieving the sales targets of the branch through the Cross-sell of the Bank's products and services by identifying potential opportunities.
-Ensured provision of high quality customer service, through effective allocation of manpower resources meet operational requirements, and appropriate product training for staff.
- Ensured branch operation in line with operational guidelines, internal procedure manuals, audit recommendations/requirements, and Bank's compliance & Anti-Money Laundry policy.
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
