Taking care of a pospartum patient, teaching her about all the changes that will occur. There were also gynocology patients post operations, relieving their pain, helping them in their activities, listening to their concerns and providing them with all the informations they will need concerning their case or what they have to expect. There were also the gyn-oncology patients, teachig them about their first cycle of chemtherapy, helping them to accept their case and they can promote their health. Helping their family and teaching them how they can contribute in providing the support for their beloved. Being with the patient and his family in the palliative care phase, helping the family in the grieving process. I was also a member in the pain commity, we were doing task forces on the units and revising the policy concerning the pain management, in order to provide for the patient a pain free environment. Also during my nurse manager's vacations, I was the in-charge nurse on the unit.
I was taking care of post operation patients, providing them the care they will need abd assisting them in their activity intolerance. I also worked in the critical care unit.
