• Played a key role in the upgrade of Peoplesoft system to the latest version, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations
• I adeptlymanage various change requests and incident tickets, ensuring they are handled promptly and effectively to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Additionally, Imeticulously document all pending incidentsin shift handover emails to ensure seamlesstransitions between team members.
