Preparation of Tender documents and Quantification process based on POMI as per the
Drawings, Specifications and related bid submission as per Technical and Commercial
requirements.
Study and analyses FIDIC forms of contract to make interpretations as per the conditions and
drafting of various Contracts and negotiations with Main Contractors.
Determination of construction methods, materials and quality standards, and drafting and
interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods and procedures with Time,
Cost, Quality parameters
Contractual correspondences regarding cost, time and other claims based on Conditions of
Contract in a timely manner
Preparation of prequalification documents and finalizing bidder’s list and bidder invitation
letter, Tender Analysis and Letter of Award
Preparation of RFQ packages, order documents and scope of work for sub- contractors;
preparation of techno commercial comparative statements.
Track changes to Architectural and Engineering drawings and specifications to estimate total
costs, and preparing detailed cost plans and estimates as tools in budgetary control,
Analyzing Value engineering proposal to reduce the Cost. Identification, evaluation and
agreeing on variation orders
Contract management and Administration. Supervising and inspecting construction sites,
estimating time, costs and resources for the Projects. Interim and Final payment Applications,
PC PS adjustments.
Shaping up tendering procedures, project specific vendor list and commercial terms &
conditions including Instructions to bidders; negotiating, P. Os, terms & conditions,
reviewing agreements and Contracts & financial conditions.
Collating tender documents and quantification process based on POMI, SMM7 and
CESMM3.
Study and analyses FIDIC forms of contract to make interpretations as per the conditions.
Prepare Tender documents, including Bill of Quantities as per the drawings and the
specifications and related bid submission both Technical and Commercial requirements.
Preparation of Prequalification documents and finalizing bidder’s list and bidder invitation
letter.
Preparing RFQ packages, order documents and scope of work for sub- contractors;
preparing comparative statements.
Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections
accordingly. Value engineering proposal.
Involved in post contract stage for variation claims and subcontractor Interim payments.
Contractual correspondences and ISO Documentation.
Contract management and Administration.
Shaping up tendering procedures, project specific vendor list and commercial terms &
conditions including Instructions to bidders; negotiating, P. Os, terms & conditions,
reviewing agreements, contracts & financial conditions.

Preparation of internal commercial reporting required for higher management
