• Conduct Hazard Identification (HIA) audits of plant and record observations for rectifications.
• Conduct BBs round at plant site.
• Conduct different operational and HSE procedural audits.
• Conduct inspection of fixed and portable firefighting equipment at plant
• Prepare daily reports of plant audits and inspections.
• Conduct audits of PTW to ensure compliance at plant and report noncompliance to relevant
managers.
• Conduct safety inductions of new employees and awareness trainings
• Conduct HSE procedural trainings of all contractor staff.
• Conduct firefighter trainings and mock drills.
• Ensure integrity of emergency sirens and fire detection system.
• Conduct operational testing of fire duty pumps weekly.
• Conduct routine inspection of fire water system, fire hydrants, fire monitors and hose reels.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles, machineries and electrical equipment.
• Ensure effectiveness of fire response and routine inspection of fire tender / fire truck.
• Conduct hygiene safety sampling at plant and share compliance with relevant departments.
• Share monthly SMART report with EPA.
• Share reports with Corporate HSE department on monthly and quarterly basis.
