Worked in the capacity of Business Development Executive and performed the following.
Understanding customer requirements and Queries and preparing quotes and proposals on pricing received.
Negotiating pricing with different vendors and working with them on discounts related issues. Getting Feed back from the customer for quotes submitted and Purchase orders.
Getting the orders processed through the concerned department and resolving issues rising in order processing either through the customer or the concerned department.
Maintaining a working relationship with the customers and vendors
Working as Relationship Officer (R.O) and Dealing with issues related to customer services.
Performing tasks pertaining to account opening and inform customers about different features of Accounts.
Marketing and Selling of insurances and investment related products of the Bank.
Working in close coordination with Billing and sales departments..
•Looked after customer’s queries which were either related to the Bank services like credit cards, ATM’s, online Banking etc and also to guide them about the different services which Bank offers.
•Answered queries of the customers related to accounts especially new customers and helping them through the process of account opening by either complementation of documents or fulfillment of Bank requirements.
Daily checking of transactions which took place through cheques, depository slips credit cards online etc byaccount sheet. If there are any short falls or any transaction is missing then find it and enter it.
My CGPA was 3.4 and was part of student recreational community and we used to arrange concerts,extravanganza's etc.
My CGPA was 3.0 and my project was awarded the beat project of the course.Right after i did my internship with a Askari Commercial Bank.
