Monitoring packing related activity, productivity along with adherence to
schedule
➢ To ensure the efficient running of Production function.
➢ Arranging Training Programs for subordinates, technicians & workers in
order to improve the system/practices/quality.

activities.
➢ Successfully handled multiple FAT in Abroad.

➢ Online and Verification Documentation with respect to c-GMP and Packing

➢ Preparation of Weekly Schedule on basis of Monthly Plan.
➢ Supervise the work force in packing department to get output with high quality.
➢ Preparation and review of SOPs.
➢ Review of Master Batch Records.
➢ Review of Master packaging Instructions.
➢ Review and Signing of Artworks.
➢ Successfully faced the USFDA, MHRA, TGA, WHO, ANVISA, responsible for
effective implementation of QA systems as per c-GMP, WHO-GMP, MCA-UK, MCC-

➢ Handling of project of packing area for new facility and qualification of
equipment’s.
➢ Lead the Qualification of all packing line equipment’s and reviewing of protocol
for qualification documents.

➢ Various machine handling like Blister Packing Machine - HOONG-A, BQS, PG
- Express, Elmach, Bottle Packing Machines - Boss Pack, Countec, Swift pack.
Labelling Machine - AXUS.
➢ Ensure the timely delivery of domestic, export batches in SAP.
➢ Ensure the Stock status of quarantine and cold room.
➢ Responsible for the activity of optical inspection.
➢ Significant role in Implementation of Lean Management Goals.
➢ Working with SAP Module.

Packing Activities.
➢ Coordinating with Production, Quality Management and Warehouse for
material flow and dispatches.
➢ Exposure to Work Environment in MHRA, WHO, MCC, ANVISA Approved
manufacturing facility.
➢ Various machine handling like Blister Packing Machine - TR102, FB3000,
Strip Pack Machine-Diecraft, Dry syrup-Semi Automatic machine Amba, Cartonator
Machine - IC150, IC150C; Check-weigher - Technofour, Printing System - Zebra
printer, Imaje Printer, Datamax printer, Video jet make ink jet printer.
➢ Preparation of IQ, OQ and PQ for new installed machines.
