Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Draft documents to be used to distribute school information.
Organizing parents and staff meetings.
Maintain confidential student records, input data, and file appropriately.
Order supplies and curriculum needed for the classroom.
