Assign the newly released jobs to the inspectors through the inspection tool based on the locations after the completion of design stage and maintain the equality of workload between them to ensure the quality of the STC network.
Periodical meeting/training to the contractors and inspectors to discuss about all the STC inspection standards/procedures and the updates in the field and the system.
Review with the inspectors to verify the Safety and Quality of Fiber network construction followed by the contractor within the specified area as per the prioritized order of STC network.
Ensure all the standard and substandard (deviations) activities are reported by the inspectors through checklist and supporting snaps in the inspection tool .
Periodical audit for the field activity by the contractor.
Review and verify all the discrepancies reported by the inspectors are cleared by the contractor in the field through the System.
Final review the testing documents like FTR, OTDR Report, OLTS report through the system.
Final review of the field implemented data in documentation process like ASBUILT, FJS and all INVOICE related data.

• Inspecting the Trenching and Ducting activity (T&D) by using various methods of Machine trenching and HDD/Thrust boring.
• Monitoring the trenching/ducting operation and guiding the executing method.
• Managing the Blowing/Pulling operation of different type of fibers like 4, 12, 24, 48, 96, 144 and 288 as per the specification.
• Inspecting and guiding the splicing activities of different type of fibers.
• Testing and verifying with Power Meter and OTDR and guiding of splicing loss rectification process as per the network specified threshold value.
• Checking and verifying the testing documents like FTR, OTDR Report, OLTS report, etc.
• Guiding the contractor to clear all discrepancies in the field which will effect the Hand Over and Invoicing.
• Checking and verifying with field implemented data in documentation process like ASBUILT, FJS and all INVOICE related data
