Working in the Concentrix Daksh Services India Pvt. Ltd in their Apple Care Process as a Sr. Mac+ Subject Metter Expert (SME). where I am responsible for manage the complete Mac+ team, there C-sat, IR, AHT, process management, and Call Monitoring.
Worked in the Kochar Infotech Pvt Ltd in its subsidiary division Gizmohelp as a Sr. Mac Technical support engineer. My team and I is placed to support all the gadgets i.e. iphone, ipad, iMac, MacBook, laptops, CCTV Camera, Router, Printers etc.

Served as the System Engineer for both MAC (Apple) and Windows Systems to manage 75 Systems and a dedicated server. As a System Administrator I was responsible for handling vendor and Negotiation of Purchase and AMC for different IT and related products and services.
Along with handling the above responsibility for Egg Communications, I was responsible for handling all the above responsibility for 3 other subsidiary organizations as well i.e. TCC, GGD and Eat-treat.
As a Service Engineer helped the clients of Apple to resolve the problems in network and device compatibility and functionality. As a Service Engineer I was also responsible to troubleshoot Hardware and Software Issue with MAC Computer, Laptop, Servers and Other Network devices. Also consulted clients like, Adobe, NII, Delhi University, Kama Ayurveda, Asian Age, Egg communications etc
Provided network administration services to SME, Corporate and Government Organizations. Additionally provided project-based assistance for larger corporate accounts.
Worked on project called “AFNET” Air Force Networking project of Indian Air Force in which we connected all Air force stations to each other along with the Head Quarters. So our role or work was to create an effective Network for them in which all Systems will be able to communicate as per requirement. Projected required us to create Network in 4 Air force stations i.e. Rajokri, Vayu Bhawan, Race Course & Hindon
on a Project for Indian Court, in which we created a Network for Indian Courts. Which included all District Courts and High court including Fast track Courts. We did the survey at many courts for their needs and requirement for equipment’s and smooth functioning of the Network. Courts we worked with are Muzaffar nagar, Saharanpur, Bagpat & Nainital.
