.Wrote executive communications via various channels.
.Produced several multimedia communications. .Partnered with HR on projects and communications that impact employee experience.
.Providing guidance & feedback & creating customer-specific style guides.
.Supporting the language team with other projects when necessary.
.Create plans to address clients' business needs Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
.Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
.Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Able to fluently speak English, Hindi and Urdu with basic knowledge of Arabic and French.
Excellent communication and social skills. Able to work to tight deadlines. Highly skilled in Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Willing to travel and able to work under pressure. Able to priorities work.
