H.R Manager - Jan 06 to Mar 2010 Sr. HR Officer Oct. 04 to Dec 05 A leading group of companies having varied business interests such as Real Estate (Arenco Real Estate) Civil/Structural & Architectural Consultancy Design & Supervision, Automobile industry, Car Rentals, Furniture retails, Hotel Apartments, Manufacturing units, etc. Joined as an HR Officer at their Group HRD office and was later promoted to HR Manager to independently handle their Automobile & Car Rental Division. Responsible for driving the entire HR strategy starting from recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, change management, etc., by achieving HR corporate objectives for the group.
Pioneers in sports marketing activities in the UAE and was responsible for the day-to-day HR activities for 110 employees and carried out strategic interventions in various HR areas.
Worked for more than 6 years and was responsible for the effective deployment of HR processes in line with business objectives with a key focus on Talent management, employee retention, HR policy implementation, etc.
