Implementation of ISO - QMS System for Division, Rectification, reconditioning & Installation of 33 fully automated high Voltage Industrial Furnace plants and associated power control systems. In-charge for the maintenance of all machinery and furnaces in Forging plant, Seamless Tube plant & Hot Rolling Mill. Installation & Commissioning o 2 Continuous Gas Carburizing Furnace Plants of ALD Vacuum Technologies GmbH Make. In-charge for Installation and commissioning & Maintenance of plant machinery and control systems for Gear plant, Axle Plant, Tractor & Truck assembly Plants, Refineries, & Petrochemical Industries.

MICO LTD, JAIPUR & BANGALORE - INDIA: Installation & Commissioning of full automated Sealed Quench Furnace line-6 Nos. for Hardening and Gas Carburizing Furnaces Plant with latest radiant tube heating system technology combined with Zircon fiber insulation system.
➢ CUMMINS INDIA LTD., PUNE - INDIA: Installation & Commissioning of full automated Sealed Quench Furnace line 4 Nos. for Hardening and Gas Carburizing Plant with latest radiant tube heating system technology combined with Zircon fiber insulation system.
➢ BAJAJ AUTO LTD. PUNE-INDIA: Installation & Commissioning of full automated VACUUM FURNACE line 3 Nos. for VACUUM Hardening & Tempering, Pre-heating & Continuous re-heating Furnaces for Foundry Division.
➢ PT. GARUDA METALINDO - INDONESIA: Design Support, Planning, Tendering, Estimation, Manufacturing Support & Commissioning of full automated SEALED QUENCH FURNACE line 6 Nos. for Hardening and Tempering process of Automobile and Fastener parts with latest radiant tube heating system technology From ALD Vacuum Technologies, Austria and Billet Heating, Pre heating and tempering furnaces for close die & Open die forging division. Setting up an automated hot rolling mill facility with pusher type and continuous preheating furnaces of 50, 000 Ton / Month for automobile components.

continuous, pre - heating, Hardening & Tempering Furnace plant for Mittal Steel & Foundry Division, South Africa.
