Around 22 years of experience in IT in various sections as Application administrator on SWIFT, Document Management System (Livelink), Reuters Kondor+, Reuters DACs, Kastle BackOffice and Oracle ERP and as programmer in Oracle 7, Cognos PowerHouse etc.
• Worked as team leader for specific projects like SWIFT upgrade from SAE to SAA and SAA 6.0 to 7.0,
• provide 1st level support to users and liaise with application vendors for rectification of issues.
• Manage vendor relationships in alignment with IT Contract owners and the Procurement department, processing of vendor SLAs, Invoices and IT Budgeting.
• Daily IT Operations Process logs, Data backup of various systems as Application / Database Administrator, Programming and Reporting.
• Well conversant with the Treasury Products like Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Equities, and Bonds etc. and have worked as Reference data setup officer especially in the setup of various types of bonds, equities, counterparties, SSI’s, currencies etc.
• Familiar with financial products like Reuters Eikon, Bloomberg, Euroclear etc.
• Well conversant with Hospital Information System like inpatient system, outpatient system, appointment system, laboratory system, pharmacy system etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commitment, result oriented, hard working with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies and undertake challenging tasks.
