Estimation Department:
• Receiving inquiry by fax or mail
• Prepare estimate sheet
• Submit estimation sheet to head of the estimation department
• Quotation to be prepared after the approval of estimation department
• Quotation to be sent to client
• Follow up with client with any technical date, information or drawing upon request
• Prospering a job file if an order is received and proposal is accepted
• Passing a copy of LPO to finance department to check payment term and conditions
• Issuing work order to workshop and construction team after receiving advance payment from client
• Follow up progress of delivery and work on site and passing progress report to accounts to issue invoice and collect payment.
Procurement Department:
1. Local Purchasing
• Check price for required material with local suppliers if the material required to be purchased locally
• Informed head of purchased department about best prices and best deliveries
• Issue LPO to supplier and copy to store
• Follow up on delivery and status of material
• Making a note for supplier
2. Overseas Purchasing
• Check prices for required items from deferent suppliers in different countries
• Inform head of purchase department about best price and best deliveries
• Issue LPO to supplier and transfer advance payment as per payment terms and conditions
• Follow up on material status and making sure that delivery time is respected by supplier
• Receiving shipping documents to clear material from port to boarder
• Making sure that material is cleared and delivered to store and getting report from store to make sure that material specifications match with order
