Major projects handled in India Listed below are some of the major projects that I have contributed.
• Tender works for Construction of IIT Research park, Residential towers for PBEL, Residential towers for PHOENIX, Residential tower for AKSHYA homes, Construction of Stores building for IGCAR, Chennai. Intentional airport for CIAL, Cochin.
• Contract and commercial works for Danfoss Industrial project, RBI residential and hostel project, HLL lifecare production facility, PBEL, IITR at chennai.
* QS & Estimation activities in tendering department.
* Site investigation, pre & post tender Quires, meetings, Technical & commercial qualifications.
* Quantity survey by self / supervise team and verify quantities, maintain and monitor inquiries, rate analysis, submit quotes and negotiate for finalization, Value engineering, Cost Budgets in ERP.
* Job track & preparation of Contract Documents for Turnkey Projects in compliance with international contracts and FIDIC clauses & their implications.,

* S-320, S-321 & S-321 / Construction of 3 RCC Building as G+4+R Labour Accommodation for HH Investment and Development at Jabel Ali, Dubai, U.A.E(Built up area: 102, 691 Sq ft, 130, 965 Sq ft & 213, 221 Sq ft)
* S-373 / Proposed (2B+G+4) Residential building for M/s Fortune dxb ltd., Jumetiah village, Dubai, U.A.E. (Built up area: 96, 600.00 Sq ft.)

Responsibilities • Supervising a small team of QS and Asst. Qs
• Preparation of Cost estimates at various stages with assistance from QS manager & Jr. QS.
• Development and finalisation of COC & BOQs (Civil & MEP), working parallel with the design team.
• Addressing all pre-contract issues, generating and maintaining track of deliverables.
• Addressing Tender clarifications, addendums, qualifications, participating in Tender evaluation and reporting.
