• Maximize and contribute to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
• Ensuring all stock is laid out especially for newness received before season launch and displayed according to standard layout norms with the help of VM.
• Ensuring all products is security tagged before display on the sales floor to control stock loss.
• Operate as a cashier and be consistently accurate in money and charge slips handling.
• Increasing the customer database by adding new customers through complementary membership cards (Loyalty) with such a great benefits like over & above discount on birthday and anniversary weeks.
• Ensuring promotions and fast selling lines are front featured in the store.
• Ensuring effective stock replenishment to the store and assuring continuous stock availability, ongoing recovery, maintenance and standards in the store.
• Effectively dealing with customer queries and complaints (refund, exchange and quality issues).
• Ensuring confidentiality with respect to store sales and privacy information.
