The Accountabilities
•Facilitating coordination between:
•Training Management Staff, company staff, labours etc
•Imparting on job training to safety officer, supervisor etc
•On job training on first aid to representative of all subcontractors
•On job training on emergency evacuation, H&S operation, PPE
•On job training on emergency communication and emergency procedure
•Special training on road safety and analysis for concerned.
•Special security training to Security staff
•Aiding Crisis Management coordination during pollution and other emergencies.
•Preparing HSE reports/weekly HSE performance report and other safety reports.
•Following up of Road safety procedure.
•Orchestrating Fire Marshal/Warden and Fire training
The Accountabilities
•Demonstrated skills in managing the complete safety operations in the organization including General administration, operation and medical activities.
•Preparation of reports.
•Entrusted with the responsibility of managing Human Resource activities encompassing recruitment, training and development of safety professional.
•Conducting site inspection.
•Formulating and implemented safety plans
