Key Accountabilities
➢ Manage and control the entire service and operational activities of an assigned
building or geographical operational area under direct responsibility including
MEP, Fire Fighting, Fire alarm and Civil, Housekeeping, Security and all the
specialist service in the most effective manner.
➢ Regular inspection of buildings ensuring that the facilities are effectively
maintained.
➢ Monthly performance review of subcontractor’s service providers.
➢ Attending emergency call outs & managing 24/7 operation.
➢ Coordinating with procurement team for materials, quote, and expenditure approval.
➢ Work allocation and technical support to the site team and coordinating with
sub‐contractors, customer care center, consultants etc.
➢ Energy conservation proposals and implementation
➢ Implementation of QHSE policy.
➢ Manage and attend customer’s complaints to reach resolution with best
service quality.
➢ Scheduling, supervising and follow up on PPM and reactive tasks for each service.
➢ Address non‐conformances to the service provider management for action.
➢ Conducting statutory tests like PAT, Thermographic and maintaining the relevant records.
➢ Proposal, estimation and scheduling of project, additional works.
➢ Preparing of monthly, Technical, Accident/Incident/Investigation report.
➢ Responsible for ensuring proper surveying, preparing of snag reports, taking
over, and managing DLP and warranties of all new facilities falling within the
assigned building or geographical operational areas.
➢ Knowledge of handling soft services as per BICS Standard.
