Efficiently perform insurance verification and completing full-cycle medical billing in a fast-paced medical environment
•Reviewed medical records for accuracy and completion as required by insurance companies.
•Acquired insurance authorizations for procedures and tests ordered by the attending physician.
•Assist patients in understanding how their insurance plans work and provide necessary feedback regarding coverage and copays.
•Verified appointments and assured that emergent cases were handled in a prompt manner.
•First-hand experience in communicating with patients, hospital staff and visitors in a polite and helpful manner, as reflected in the facility’s policies and practices.
•Handle inbound calls from customers with enquiries and questions regarding their health insurance, wellness programs, general queries and help provide best solutions for the customers ‘health and financial well being.

Additional Responsibilities handled:
•Managing Annual Medical Fitness Screening for officers from (Min of Interior) ranging from Registration, Billing, and submitting Confidential Fitness records to authorities and follow up.
•Preparing Monthly Statistics of patient outflow in OPD to evaluate patient flow
•Preparing and maintaining statistical data of various In House Marketing Campaigns and External Camp Referrals for evaluating efficiency of marketing activities.
•Preparing daily patient complaints and resolution offered database for monitoring and eliminating repetitive errors.
•Managing Weqaya Screening Program for (Emiratis)
•Providing assistance to Fijian Ambassador and family during their visits to Hospital.
•Assisting staff from (Abu Dhabi National Hotels) visiting hospital for various medical needs.
