Provide system reports, maintain and update /distribute of concerned documents. Responsible for organization and coordination of all relevant & technical documents. Respectively handling the Software provided by the Client for the documentation works as well as Managing Contractor’s documentation records. Dealing with contractors for general office requirements, Monitoring of office supplies and equipment. Prepare monthly reports & invoices to the Client. Prepare Minutes of Meetings. Ensuring quality formats being used adequately for correspondences, transmittals to Clients, contractors and other Service Authorities. Maintaining systematic Log and File system/records.
