Conceptualized and launched ‘Trainee Appraisal Process’ in a record 25 days
Conducted numerous orientation / training sessions to Unit HRs / Associates on appraisal processes
Led launch of Trainee Appraisal & Project Closure Appraisal; PMS integration with intranet portal
Recorded the highest level of employee satisfaction for Annual Appraisal process ’04 (91%)
Achieved 93% participation rate - “360 Degree Feedback Process - 2004”
