Responsible for setting up this new department with team for the management of Diwan Amiri outstation
catering needs with all nominated caterers/handling agents for smooth operations.
Responsibilities included.
* Ensuring that all contracts are in place and price increases are investigated in a timely manner,
* Distributing meal schedule for various department as per VVIP/VIP flights schedule operation.
* Ensuring menu planning for VVIP/VIP flights
* Coordinating with sous chef on menus for VVIP flights.
* Ensuring the effective and consistent delivery of service.
* Corresponding outstation emails & telephone calls.
* Ensure forecasting/orders are provided in a timely manner to the supply base.
* Ensure all interested parties are kept up to date with VVIP flight moments and timelines managed.
* Prepare budgets relating to product shipments/logistics as required.
* Responsible for the Planning, forecasting and processing of work involved with existing and new airline
customers.
* Ensure development and management of effective contractual relationships with Customers, to deliver
service levels in line with agreed financial constraints.
* Ensure on time production, and deliveries of products to various private airline customers.
* Menu development, Menu presentations ensuring budget targets are within customers’ expectations.
* Pricing of menus and to assure that the best cost and quality in terms of purchasing are delivered
through constant bench marking.
* Coordinating with various departments like production, operation, handling, costing, and accounts and
purchasing for day to day operations.
* Manage existing customer relationships through natural life and establish the needs for re-negotiations
of service or launch of a tender of all contracts.

suppliers / various internal departments for smooth operations.
Responsibilities included.
* Planning below the line marketing promotion strategies
* Coordinating with various vendors and suppliers and to get the best value and execution
* Control the cost price from the suppliers
* Negotiate with the supplier to get a better cost price
* Coordinating with designers to develop promotional artwork file
