• Actively involved in understanding the Trade Finance process based on the existing operating module of the bank, discuss and
restructure that process flow considering the implementation of Trade Innovation (TI+), a new Trade Finance processing platform.

• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and
performance needs.
• Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Understand the product from a user point of view and propose value-added services/solution that would enhance the user
experience
