Trade Finance consultant in Integration, Transformation & Projects team from International business Group (IBG) department of
the largest bank in Middle East.
• Actively involved in understanding the Trade Finance process based on the existing operating module of the bank, discuss and
restructure that process flow considering the implementation of Trade Innovation (TI+), a new Trade Finance processing platform.
• Responsible for conducting TI+ system training for end-users in handling the system and effective utilization of available TI+
facilities in their BAU.
• Responsible for preparing new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) covering a detailed explanation of activities performed from
initiation to closure of transaction by the creation of process flow using MS Visio software.
• Effectively liaise with the Business braches, Operation Risk Unit and ensure stakeholder signs off for the SOPs.
• Interface with business users and business product managers, proactively communicating and collaborating with them to analyze
needs and deliver requirements.
• Identify internal business partners, design teams, testing teams, development teams, project managers, and architecture teams and
engage them throughout the entire design lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and
performance needs.
• Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Understand the product from a user point of view and propose value-added services/solution that would enhance the user
experience
• Participate in IT engagement, ensuring user requirements are understood

Handled Export LC advising, Transfers, Confirmations, Risk Participation and Allocation of Proceeds for ASPAC countries like China,
Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

• Preparing Dashboard to highlight the status of volumes handled by the team on a daily basis and sending a consolidated daily report
