This is a clear and direct reflection on the excellent leadership skills of Mr Satish. He is a manager who clearly cares for his staff and goes to great lengths to ensure that they are well trained, tackle their respective tasks with enthusiasm and are happy and content with their working conditions. Despite an obvious downturn in the tourist trade Mr Satish works exceptionally hard to ensure that the HBM reaches the highest possible standards in the care of its guests. He is always approachable and clearly wants to continue to make the HBM a success.
