RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Ensure and confirmed that work requester provides suitable and sufficient auxiliary documents to the Construction
permits such as Method Statements, Job Risk Assessment, Lifting Operation Plan, Job safety analysis identified
precautions are applied, Checklists, Drawings, sketches and layouts as necessary following as per PTW procedure.
2. Ensure all permits ( General permit, Hot permit, Cold permit, Critical permit, Electrical permit, Radiography, Con-
fined space and vehicle entry), associated certificates and documents to ensure compliance to the Companies Permit
to Work rules, procedures and regulations.
3. Coordination with the Work site supervisors, construction team, planning team for prepare the PTW according to
the daily schedule.
4. Make sure the critical activates at site working at height, Confined space activities, Excavation, hot work activities,
Lifting activities checklists and emergency rescue plans according to the PTW procedure
5. Providing support and Implementation to project HSE plan.
6. Coach and mentor PTW staff to ensure consistent application of PTW processes.
7. Providing the daily schedule activities details to the Permit applicant and Issuers for Solve the issues if have any
conflict at work site area.
8. Audit and develop corrective actions of the PTW processes.
9. Manage the record keeping and archive of PTW documentation.
10. Support the implementation of the Project Emergency Response Plan and review Rescue Plans at work site area.
11. Ensure Maintains the LOTO register.
12. Ensure Safekeeping of LOTO keys and materials and other related transmittal and documents
13. Maintain control of locks and permits (open and closed) with log and report weekly
14. Audit the ptw coordinators ptw office including its permit log and board, Simops registers.
15. Takes part in every Permit to Work meetings related to activities in the Simops area.
16. Notifies PTW signatories of conflicting work activities attended all PTW & SIMOPS meetings
17. Tracking and closing the permit after work completed or if required to send the permit approval request for revali-
dation
18. Monitor the effective implementation of the PTW process.
19. Ensure the effectiveness of the PTW training and role appointment processes.
20. Develop and implement PTW compliance monitoring processes.
21. Liaise with and assist Contractor/Company personnel in the PTW process.
22. Monitor trends in PTW non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
23. Over groups and contractors for all Permits to Work issues.
24. Check that all isolation certificate have been correctly completed and verified by the responsible person and own the
isolation register.
